DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The Directors have approved an Interim Dividend of Ten Cents ($0.10) perordinary share payable on 30th November, 2026 to shareholders on record at theclose of business on 11th November, 2026.

RECORD DATE ANDCLOSING OF REGISTER

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap. 81 :OI)the Directors have fixed 11th November, 2026 as the Record Date for payment ofthe Interim Dividend.
