The Board Of Directors of Agostini Limitedis pleased to advise Of the appointment OfMr. Joan-Luc Mouttot as Group ChiefGrowth & Development Officer of AgostiniLimited with effect from 1st November,2026. Mr. Mouttet will report to the GroupChief Executive Officer.

Mr. Mouttet has been involved with theAgostini Group since 2015, initially throughinternships across the Group inmanufacturing. distribution and retailoperations. before transitioning intobusiness development. Since hisappointment as Director. New 3usiness Development in 2021. hehas played a significant role in the Group's acquisition. integrationand new product development initiatives, including the Linda'sretail network. the Mpharmacy chain and Oscar Francois.

Mr. Mouttet currently serves as a Director of Acado Jamaica,Acado Foods. SuperPharm. O'Deliver and Mouttet Capital.He holds a B.A (Hons.) in Global Management (Enterprise &Innovation) and an M.A. in International Business from Regent'sUniversity London.
