Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Final Dividend Payment

Trinidad Cement Limited ("TCL'' or "the Company") hereby advises that at the Annual Meeting of the Company held on August 14, 2026, the Shareholders of the Company by ordinary resolution declared a final dividend of TT$0.0218 per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2025, for payment to the Shareholders listed on the Register of Members as at the Record Date of September 23, 2026.

The payment shall be made on October 22, 2026.
