The date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company has been fixed for Wednesday 9th September, 2026 at 9:30 am at the Yara Auditorium, Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business - Max Richards Drive Uriah Butler Highway North West Mount Hope, Trinidad and Tobago. Shareholders may attend and participate in the Meeting via in person attendance.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting ( inclusive of Notes) together with the Form of Proxy, Management Proxy Circular and Circular Letter are being mailed to Shareholders and are available for viewing or downloading from the Company’s website: https://solis.tt.

The Company’s Annual Report 2026 which includes the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended April 30, 2026 will be available on the Company’s Website https://solis.tt from August 12, 2026.You may print and/or save the electronic copy of this Report OR request a printed copy from the Company’s Corporate Secretary by emailing mukesh.mahangoo@officeauthoritygroup.com.
