Retirement of Human Resource Manager:
Effective Monday August 3rd, 2026, Ms. Caroline Mallalieu has retired from the position of Human Resource Manager, Eric Solis Marketing Ltd. The Company wishes her well.

This change has been deemed material in nature and is hereby communicated to the public in accordance with the statutory requirements
