NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders of Republic Financial Holdings Limited:

DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors has declared its quarterly interim dividend of $1.00 per share based on the results of the nine-month period ended June 30, 2026. The dividend will be paid on August 28, 2026, to shareholders on the Register as at August 14, 2026.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
The Register of Members will be closed on August 14, 2026.
