THE COMPANY DECLARES PREFERENCE DIVIDEND

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad - July 21, 2026.
The Company wishes to advise that on July 15, 2026 the Board of Directors passed the following resolution:

"THAT a preference dividend of US $0.0150 per share be paid to all preference shareholders on record as at August 3, 2026 AND THAT the payment date of the preference dividend be August 14, 2026."
