NOTICE OF LISTING OF MPC CARIBBEAN CLEAN ENERGY LIMITED SHARES

This is to advise of the following transaction:

10,000,000 Class B Shares of MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited were listed on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange on Thursday 02nd July, 2026 and will become effective on Friday 03rd July, 2026 thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 36,944,861 Class B Shares.

The listing of the new MPCCEL shares is pursuant to the conversion of a previously issued USD10,000,000 Convertible Promissory Note to 10,000,000 Class B MPCCEL shares.
