Pursuant to section 64(1)b of the Securities Act 2012, National Enterprises Limited (NEL) hereby advises Shareholders that Mr. Stephen Marcelle, Ms. Rhetia M. Rodriguez, Mr. Nigel Ramsahai, Ms. Shereece Smith and Ms. Heather Tardieu were removed as Directors of the Company, effective March 13, 2026.
