Notice of Material Change

Pursuant to Section 64 (i) (b) of the Securities Act 2012, National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) wishes to advise that Mr. Ian Mitchell has tendered his resignation as the Chief Executive Officer of NFM. The resignation will become effective on March 31st, 2026. On behalf of the Board, Management, and Staff of NFM, we wish to thank Mr. Mitchell for his contribution to, NFM, and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

In the interim, pending the recruitment of a new Chief Executive Officer, Mr., Jason Mohammed, Chief Operating Officer, will act in the position of Chief Executive Officer effective April 1st ,2026.
