Notice to Shareholders
CHANGE IN THE FINANCIAL YEAR END TO 30 SEPTEMBER

Guardian Holdings Limited hereby advises that pursuant to Clause 30.1 of By law No. 1 of the Company, the Board of Directors has approved a change in the Company’s financial year end from 31 December to 30 September effective 1 January 2026 such that the next financial year end will be 30 September 2026.

This change aligns the Group’s statutory reporting cycle with that of the majority parent company, NCB Global Holdings Limited, and is expected to improve audit efficiency and reduce associated costs.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
