DIRECTOR RESIGNATION – MR. BRUCE BOWEN

Guardian Holdings Limited (“GHL”) wishes to advise that Mr. Bruce Bowen has resigned as director of GHL effective 21st January, 2026.

This follows an announcement made by our parent Company, NCB Financial Group Limited on 19th January, 2026, regarding leadership changes within the Group.

GHL takes this opportunity to sincerely thank Mr. Bowen for his invaluable contribution to the Company.
