The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Changes to the Board of Directors

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from WCO advising of the following changes to their Board of Directors:

• Mr. Arturo Campero Gonzalez resigned as a Non-executive Director with effect from December 31st, 2019.
• Ms. Diana Hernandez Gonzalez was appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from January 01st, 2020; and
• Mr. Jean-Pierre du Coudray resigned as the Managing Director with effect from the March 31st, 2020.
