Calypso Macro Index Fund - Re-appointment of Directors

The terms of Independent Directors, Mr. Jonathan Walker and Mrs. Lorraine Kam, on the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Corporation (TTUTC), expired on June 2, 2019.

In accordance with section 7(2) of the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Chapter 83:03, the Board of Directors of the TTUTC at its Special Board Meeting held on June 6, 2019, reappointed Mr. Jonathan Walker and Mrs. Lorraine Kam as Directors to the Board of the TTUTC for the period of one (1) year with effect from June 6, 2019.
