Unilever Caribbean Limited - Notice of Initiation of Consultation Period with OWTU

Unilever Caribbean Limited (‘the Company’) hereby advises that at a Board Meeting held on Tuesday 21^st May, 2019 the Company’s Board of Directors resolved to initiate a consultation period with the Oilfields Workers’ Trade Union, to discuss the most suitable option to improve the sustainability and profitability of the Company.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
