GraceKennedy Limited – AGM Postponement Notice

The following press release was issued by GraceKennedy Limited:

Due to the current civil unrest being experienced in downtown Kingston, stockholders of GraceKennedy Limited are advised that the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 26, 2010 has been postponed for one week to Wednesday, June 2, 2010. The rescheduled meeting will be held at the same time and place, that is 10:00 a.m. at the GraceKennedy Distribution Centre, Lot 1, Bernard Lodge Estate, Salt Road, Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Jamaica.

Arrangements previously advised for the transportation of stockholders from 73 Harbour Street to the AGM location will remain in place for next week’s meeting.
