Pursuant to Section 64 (1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012 and Pursuant to Rule 603 of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Rules

Mrs. Kathryna Baptiste Assee has ceased to hold the position of Group General Counsel/Corporate Secretary of Angostura Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries with effect from November 2, 2026.

Ms. Tishana Abdool has ceased to hold the position of Assistant Secretary of Angostura Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries with effect from November 2, 2026.

Mr. Shashi Seecharan (Assistant Secretary) has been appointed to act as the Corporate Secretary of Angostura Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries with effect from November 2, 2026.
