NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited (the Company) advises that Mr. Narinejit Pariag was appointed a Director of the Company with effect from 28th October, 2026.

Mr. Pariag is a seasoned finance, risk and governance executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across the energy, manufacturing and services sectors. He has held senior executive and board positions, with extensive expertise in financial oversight, enterprise risk management, audit and corporate governance. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an MBA from The University of the West Indies.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (I) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
