JMMB Group Limited - Appointment of External Auditors

NOTICE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 64 (1) (B) OF THE SECURITIES ACT 2012

JMMB Group Limited hereby advises that, at its Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, the shareholders approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as the External Auditors of the Company. The appointment follows the Board's recommendation arising from a competitive tender process and takes effect upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

The appointment was duly considered and approved by the shareholders in accordance with the Company's Articles of Incorporation and all applicable regulatory requirements.
