NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64(1)(B) OF THE SECURITIES ACT, CHAP. 83:02 AND RULE 603 OF THE TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO STOCK EXCHANGE RULES
Execution of Amended and Restated Loan Agreement

ANSA McAL Limited executed an Amended and Restated Loan Agreement dated September 30th, 2026, to:

(i) refinance, on an unsecured basis, the principal outstanding under an existing TT$765,000,000.00 million Dual Tranche Fixed and Floating Rate Senior Secured Syndicated Term Loan to borrow additional sums in the aggregate amount of TT$60,473,684.21 thereby bringing the new principal sum to TT$600,000,000.00; and
(ii) allow for the optional increase of the said principal sum up to a maximum amount of TT$300,000,000.00 in accordance with the terms and conditions therein.

The said additional loans shall be allocated for general corporate purposes.
