August 18, 2026, Barbados - CIBC Caribbean Bank Limited ("CIBC Caribbean" or "the Bank") announces the appointments of Mr. Carl Lewis, Chief Financial Officer, to the Bank's board, subject to regulatory approval, and Ms. Donna Wellington as Chief Country and Commercial Officer. The appointments were made on August 17, 2026.

Mr. Lewis chairs the boards of CIBC Caribbean Bank (Barbados) Limited and CIBC Caribbean Wealth Management Bank (Barbados) Limited. He is also a director of CIBC Caribbean Bank (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited and CIBC World Markets (Japan) Inc.
