NOTICE
CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Trinidad Cement Limited ('TCL" or "the Company") advises that, by correspondence dated July 31, 2026, Cemex-appointed Director Mr. Fernando Reiter resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective that date. Mr. Reiter also resigned from his position at Cemex effective July 31, 2026.

TCL thanks Mr. Reiter for his service and contributions since joining the Board on August 4, 2021, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
