Notice to Shareholders
DECLARATION OF QUARTER TWO 2026 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

At a Meeting held on 30 July 2026, the Board of Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited declared a second quarter dividend of TT$0.32 per share, payable to its Shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 18 August 2026.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed 18 August 2026 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders entitled to receive this dividend.

The dividend will be paid on 11 September 2026.
