Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited advises shareholders that the Second Quarter Dividend of $0.70 per share, which was scheduled to be paid on July 13, 2026 to shareholders on the Register of Members as at June 22, 2026, may be delayed as a result of an operational banking issue which affected outgoing automated clearing house payments being processed by Scotiabank.

This issue has been identified, and corrective measures have been implemented. Payments have been processed and should be credited to shareholders' accounts no later than July 17, 2026.
