Appointment of Group Financial Controller

The Board of Directors of Agostini Limited wishes to announce that Mr. Avinash Persad has joined the company as Group Financial Controller with effect from July 13, 2026.

Mr. Persad is a Finance Executive with over twenty years of experience in financial leadership across the manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, and real estate sectors.

His previous appointments include Managing Director in the real estate sector and Group Financial Controller at a large food manufacturing company.

Mr. Persad is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has completed professional development programmes in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Change Management and Innovation, Corporate Strategy, and Business Psychology.
