Appointment of Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Business Generation

The First Citizens Group is pleased to advise of the appointment of Ms. Sana Ragbir to the position of Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Business Generation effective July 6, 2026.

Ms. Ragbir is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Chemistry. She has over twenty (20) years' experience in the financial services industry and has served as part of the Group's Senior Management team for over sixteen (16) years.

The Group congratulates Ms. Ragbir on her appointment.
