NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Pursuant to Rules 203, 212 and 603 of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Rules and Sections 110 and 112 of the Companies Act, Chapter 81:01

Further to the Notice issued on March 14, 2026, the Company advises that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 03, 2026, the Board agreed to defer the payment of the final dividend of $0.29 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, until the final dividend is approved by shareholders at the 2025 Annual Meeting to be held on August 26, 2026.

In this regard, the Company further advises of the following revised dates:
 • Payment date: September 07, 2026;
 • Record date: August 28, 2026; and
 • Ex-dividend date: August 27, 2026.
