NOTICE OF LISTING OF AGOSTINI LIMITED SHARES

This is to advise of the following transaction:

12,608,119 Ordinary Shares of Agostini Limited (AGL) were listed on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange on Thursday 02nd July, 2026 and will become effective on Friday 03rd July, 2026 thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 81,711,898 Ordinary Shares.

The listing of the new AGL shares is pursuant to the Offer and Take-Over Bid issued on June 17th, 2025, to the shareholders of Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL). The transaction resulted in Agostini Limited acquiring 96.8% of PHL's issued and outstanding shares via a share swap of 1 AGL share for every 4.8 PHL shares.
