Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Record Date for Shareholders to Receive Annual Report

Notice is hereby given that the Directors have fixed Wednesday, April 8, 2026 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the Annual Report of Trinidad Cement Limited for the year ended December 31, 2025. Shareholders who, as at the close of business on that date are listed on the Register of Members, shall be entitled to receive a copy of the Annual Report. A list of such shareholders will be available for examination by shareholders at the registered office of the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository, 10th Floor, Nicholas Tower, 63-65 Independence Square, Port of Spain, during usual business hours.
