Unilever Caribbean Limited - Final and Special Dividend Timetable

Unilever Caribbean Limited is pleased to announce that based on the financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, the Directors have approved the payment of a final dividend of TT$0.33 per share as well as a special dividend of TT$0.43 per share to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at July 17, 2026. 

The dividends will be paid to Share­holders on August 3, 2026.
