Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited - Notice of Retirement of Directors

Effective March 11, 2026, Mrs. Lisa Mackenzie and Mrs. Anique Asher retired from the Board of Directors of Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited. 

During her 13 years of distinguished service on the Board, Lisa demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and an unwavering commitment to the Bank's long term success. Her insight and guidance played a pivotal role in enhancing our governance framework and advancing sustainable growth, particularly through periods of significant transformation. 

Anique, an executive of the Bank of Nova Scotia, has served as an Executive Director on the Board since December 2021. Throughout her tenure, she brought valuable enterprise level perspective, strategic acumen, and strong leadership that enriched both our Management Team and the Board of Directors. 

We extend our sincere gratitude to both Lisa and Anique for their outstanding contributions to Scotiabank over the years. We wish them continued success in all their future endeavours.
