Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors is pleased to advise of the appointment of Ms. Bernadette Sammy as Group Chief Financial Officer, with effect from April 16, 2026.

Bernadette is a senior finance executive with over twenty years of experience in financial leadership roles including within the distribution and manufacturing sectors. She has extensive expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, risk management, governance, taxation, and strategic planning at both operating company and group levels. Her most recent position before joining Agostini was Chief Financial Officer at a large distribution company.

Bernadette is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Certified Internal Controls Risk Analyst (CICRA). She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT).
