Prestige Holdings Limited - Notice of Final Dividend Payment

DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

Prestige Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that based on the financial results for the year ended November 30, 2025, the Directors have declared a final dividend of 38 cents per share to Shareholders on record as at April 10, 2026. Cumulatively, this brings the total dividend payout for the 2025 fiscal year to 56 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid to Shareholders on May 12, 2026.
