Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting and Dividend Payment

RECORD DATE FOR ISSUE OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited have fixed Thursday, 30 April 2026, as the date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Atrium, Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings, Trinidad and Tobago. A formal Notice of Meeting will be sent to Shareholders on the register as of 17 March 2026, who are entitled to receive Notice of the Annual Meeting.

RECORD DATE FOR PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Based on the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025, the Directors have approved the payment of a quarter four dividend of TT$0.25 per share, payable to Shareholders on the Register of Members as of 17 March 2026, which has been fixed as the Record Date for this payment. The payment date for this dividend will be 10 April 2026.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
To facilitate payment of the above dividend, the Register of Members will be closed on 17 March 2026.
