NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF FIRST CITIZENS GROUP FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED
DECLARATION AND PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND

Based on the financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of TT$0.55 per ordinary share payable on March 13, 2026 to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at February 26, 2026.

In accordance with Section 110 of the Companies Act, Chapter 81:01 of the Revised Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Directors have fixed February 26, 2026 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders who are entitled to receive payment of this interim dividend.
 

CLOSING DATE OF REGISTER FOR INTERIM DIVIDEND
The Register of Members will be closed on February 26, 2026.
