Prestige Holdings Limited - Fifth Revised Notice of Special Dividend Payment

REVISED DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL) wishes to advise its shareholders of a revision to the previously announced special dividend payment.

Following the announcement by Agostini Limited on January 20, 2026 of the further extension of the closing date for its Offer and Take-Over Bid to March 6, 2026, PHL advises that the special dividend of $0.50 per common share will now be paid on March 27, 2026, to shareholders on record as of March 6, 2026.

Please note that the payment of this special dividend remains subject to the successful completion of Agostini Limited’s takeover offer.
