JMMB Group Limited - Notice of Appointment of Senior Officer

We are pleased to advise of the appointment of Ms. Rosalee Gordon as the Group Chief Operations and Risk Officer of JMMB Group Limited, effective January 5, 2026.

Ms. Gordon brings over 20 years of leadership experience, having managed global teams in operations, risk, and control management. She has helped major financial institutions navigate significant changes and growth and has developed frameworks to strengthen organisational resilience.

Her career advancements led to executive positions at several distinguished financial institutions, including Wells Fargo Bank, Barclays Bank, and Goldman Sachs. She also previously sat on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organisation, At The Well, leading the Jamaican Student Support Initiative.

Ms. Gordon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St John’s University, holds FINRA Series 99 and Series 7 certifications, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate certification in Venture Capital and Private Equity at Columbia Business School.
