NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Declaration of Dividend

On Thursday December 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Massy Holdings Ltd. declared a final divivend of $1.72 cents per shares, making the total dividend $2.27 cents per share, based on the results for the financial year ended September 30, 2019.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Campanies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed January 10, 2020 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend. The final dividend will be paid on January 24, 2020 to the registered holders of shares at the close of business on January 10, 2020.
