Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited - Change in Senior Officers

The Company advised of the retirement of Dr. M Patricia Downes-Grant as President and Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary, Sagicor Life Inc, effective December 16, 2019. In this capacity, Dr. Downes-Grant also served as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Ravi Rambarran who is an existing member of the Executive Committee replaces Dr. Downes-Grant as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Life Inc effective December 16, 2019.
