Massy Holdings Ltd. - Retirement of a Director

The Company wishes to advise that pursuant to Section 64(1) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012, that Mr. G. Anthony King retired as an Independent Director of the Company’s Board of Directors effective, December 19, 2019.

The Chairman and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. King for his years of dedicated service to the Company.
