The Offer for Sale of 1,439,744 ordinary shares of no par value at $12.50 per share, was successful in raising in excess of the minimum required net proceeds of the Offer for Sale, as outline in the approval prospectus. Accordingly, all successful applicants will receive their full allotment, which is 100% of their application. The Endeavour Holdings Limited IPO secured 302 purchase applications for 884,149 ordinary shares at $12.50 per share, to raise TT$11,055,237.50 in new equity.
