NCBFG - Changes to the Board Composition of NCBFG subsidiary, National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd

We continue to review the structure of our boards and leadership team to enhance our corporate governance and leadership framework within the context of becoming a multinational group following the acquisition of a majority interest in Clarien Bank Limited and Guardian Holdings Limited.
 

According, we advise that effective November 30, 2019, the following changes were made to the NCBJ Board:

1. Hon. Michael Lee-Chin O.J. ceased to be Chairman of NCBJ’s Board, but remains a Director and continues to be Chairman of the Board of NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG)
2. Mr Patrick Hylton became Chairman of NCBJ’s Board
3. Mrs. Thalia Lyn resigned as a directors of NCBJ, but remains a director of NCBFG and Chair of the N.C.B Foundation
4. Mr Oliver Mitchell Jr resigned as a directors of NCBJ, but remains a director of NCBFG.
