THE WEST INDIAN TOBACCO COMPANY LIMITED (WCO)

APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from WCO advising that Mr. Juan Carlos Restrepo Piedrahita was appointed as a Director of the company with effect from the November 11th, 2019. Mr. Restrepo Piedrahita fills the vacancy which arose upon the retirement of Mrs. Danielle Chow who retired from the company on August 31st, 2019, thereby ceasing to be a Director.
