Record Date for Share Split
 

Notices published on October 31, 2019 and on November 1, 2018 advised of the shareholders’ approval obtained at a Special Shareholders’ Meeting held on October 30, 2018 for an amendment to be made to the Company’s Restated Articles. The amendment authorized a share split to convert each ordinary share of the Company into three (3) ordinary shares, subject to regulatory approval. Regulatory approval has now been received.

Record Date and Closing of the Register

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors has fixed November 28, 2019 as the effective date on which the share split will be effected and which will be the Record Date for the determination of shareholders who are entitled to have each ordinary share held by them, as the Record Date converted into three (3) ordinary shares.

The Transfer Book and Register of Members will be closed on November 28, 2019 for the processing of the share split.
