JMMB Group Limited - Delisting from the Barbados Stock Exchange

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice JMMBGL advising that further to their Annual General Meeting held on September 19th, 2018, the shareholders of JMMBGL passed a special resolution approving the delisting of the JMMBGL shares from the Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE) in accordance with the Securities Act, Cap. 318A of the laws of Barbados, the Rules of the BSE dated October 12th, 2015, and any other applicable laws.

JMMBGL further advised by an order of the Financial Services Commission of Barbados (FSC) dated September 18th, 2019, effective July 30th, 2019, the FSC authorised the BSE to delist the JMMBGL shares from the BSE pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Act, Cap. 318A of the laws of Barbados.

The BSE communicated to JMMBGL by correspondence dated October 18th 2019 stating the effective date of delisting of JMMBGL shares from BSE would be October 22nd, 2019.
