Shareholders are reminded that the following meetings of shareholders of Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited will take place on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Hilton, Barbados Resort, Needhams Point, St. Michael, Barbados.

The Scheme Meeting at 3:30 p.m.

The Annual General Meeting at 5:30 p.m.

Registration for the Scheme Meeting will commence from 2:30 p.m.
