The Forty-First Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday May 22, 2019 in the Calypso Lounge at the Radisson Hotel, Wrightson road, Port of Spain at 4.00pm.

Dividend Announcement

The Directors have declared a Finanl Dividend of one dollar ($1.00) per share to members on the Register of Shareholders as at May 15th 2019.
