PAYMNET OF DIVIDENDS

Based on the Financial Results for the year ended December 31st 2018, the Directors have declared a final dividend of twelve cents (12) per share payable on May 24th, 2019 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the payment of dividend.

Notice is hereby given that the Fifty-Second (52nd) Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited (the Corporation) will be held on Thursday June 6th 2019 commencing at 2.00pm at PLIPDECO's Conference Centre, PLIPDECO House, Orinoco drive, Point Lisas Industrial Estate, Couva, Trinidad.
