Notice is hereby given that the Directors of Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited (the Company) have by resolution fixed April 18, 2019 as record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders entitled to receive Notice of a Special Meeting of Shareholders to consider a Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Alignvest Acquisition II Corporation.

Only those Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders of record on April 18, 2019 will be entitled to receive Notice of the Special Meeting of Shareholders.
