The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on 5 April 2019, a Final Dividend of $1.47 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 was approved. This dividend is paybale on 7 May 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 17 April 2019.

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap. 81:01) the Directors have fixed 17 April 2019 as the Record Date for payment of the Final Dividend.

The Transfer Book and Register of Members will be closed on 18 and 23 April 2019 for processing of transfer to facilitate payment of this Dividend.
